sure, but if it was legal she wouldn't have 1,600 violations and millions of dollars in fines and judgments and all of her properties in recievership

if you mean she should be better at being a grimy landlord, then yeah maybe that starts with being smart enough to know who you can get away with being shytty to, and not take on the PR nightmare of being shytty to the disabled and elderly in a tenant friendly city


more to the point, white landlords, especially jewish landlords, typically do the grimy shyt to us and take the profits back to their community. taking advantage of each other (that's if you even consider her 'us') to stack personal wealth, is not the move

A court wouldn't have given a black tenant a 4 million property. and a white landlord no matter how cruel and shady wouldn't have had her properties taken like that. that basically violated her rights in order to give her what she deserves. Which is fine in her case, but what happens to the next black landlord someone complains that was treating their tenants fairly? The precedent isn't good even though the result might be. Don't think white folks won't take this and use against an innocent black person.

I think it's more likely that the local officials are targeting her because she's a black business and they want to gentrify the area. that's how they do it 2 black homeowners / landlords in every city

Nobody gave anybody a property. Her properties all went into receivership to be sold. Why, on page 15, are we still taking this deranged rant as fact?
