Um, can you blame the guy for shooting? Police are killing civilians left and right, so I knew this was going to happen one day. It is the fault of the Police for creating a hostile atmosphere.

I am not saying people should shoot cops, I am saying the police have created an atmosphere where a lot of people start to think the police will kill them. So, the person who is pulled over start thinking, "is this guy going to kill me", and then they pull out their gun and start shooting at the police.
It is natural for a person to protect their life against danger. If the police were cracking down and stopping police brutality maybe that cop would still have his life.
