Nah bruh..$320 each....my mom lived in the apartment over 30 years before i took it over...i would have been less had it not been for Mayor Bloomberg who was raising it 4% every year...De Blasio came through and now it's 0% increase on 1 year leases for me.

nikka people would kill you to move into that spot :russ:

you know the city is doing everything in their power to get rid of those rent controlled apartments

Minimum wage there is 15 an hour right?

not yet, but soon. But businesses are trying to fight it. Rent for retail places out their are insanely expensive as well, no way they can afford to pay all employees $15 a hour.

I believe its $11 or so a hour right now.

Not saying San Francisco isn't overprised but I bet the jobs pay people more there anyway.

San Francisco driven by a lot of commission based jobs as well. Ive heard even nordstroms is commission based their (from former employees, not sure if true or not). Those people will be fine either way since majority of their paycheck is commission.

The people who work at the 24 hour subways, mcdonalds, etc will be hurt though, they'll probably start closing those at 2 am or so.
