Damn nikka you live in SF? I know you gettin bent over a barrel for that rent money.:whew: I lived in Berkeley for a minute and even that had me :sadcam:

man. NO PLACE in the bay area is cheap now unless you live in some shyt hole like richmond. and i would assume even that is expensive now :snoop:
case and point:

Fremont:
One BedroomStarting at $1885

Union City:
StudioStarting at $1900

Mountain View:
One BedroomStarting at $2595

:pacspit: these little fukk ass suburbs, and look at the rent
it's not just SF... everything is fukkin rape out here regardless if you lease/rent/buy. there's literally no place in the bay area that i can think of that's "cheap" the way LA is "cheap" with how much apartment + location you get for LESS money.

all these teams pandering to the tech money, and it's business so it's cool, but i take my sports more seriously than the average hipster techie whose company will dole out tickets like scooby snacks, i think it's wack to keep moving to sell tickets to people who won't show up or who won't give a fukk while there.

niners being in santa clara is :camby:
dubs leaving oakland is :camby: - yea, they used to be in SF for all of 10 years when no one gave a fukk about a NBA
wolff can actually take the fukkin a's, oakland actually tried to work with this fukk and he's been nothing but a dikk :camby:

The A's better stay in Oakland :birdman: That ballpark idea near the Port of Oakland NEEDS TO HAPPEN :damn:

only problem with LA is there aren't as many jobs as there are here in the Bay, and the pay scale doesn't come close to SF Bay. So it's all relative

It was the same thing down here.. the city of Inglewood had the Showtime Lakers, and Gretzky playing for the Kings and they never built sh*t around the Forum. Not one single bar, hotel, restaurant or anything. Downtown LA was a ghost town ten years ago and the proposed Staple Center project was laughed at and panned. Man Staples and downtown LA is a monster now.. all jump started by Staples Center. Bars, restaurants, new hotel highrises, clubs, lounges, etc.. everywhere in all directions and now its spreading down to USC. I see what the Warriors are doing. Sacramento wants to do the same thing as well

Breh, I work within walking distance of where they're putting the new Downtown Arena for the Kings. The location alone and the entertainment area alone for it could be better than Staples. And yes, I went to a Laker game in LA last month and stayed across the street from LA Live that weekend. The state capitol and Old Sac are blocks away and K-ST already has an entertainment district in place thanks to Mayor KJ. The nightlife here is still :camby: but the bar scene is mad slept on.

I'm telling you, its scary how well the Arena being built downtown is going to work out for everyone here :banderas:

But back on the topic. I hope they don't change the name but if they do , it'll probably be on some Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim bullshyt. Strictly for $$$

Yeah, I know its strong but if you factor just the potential entertainment district. Sacto isn't even on LA's radar when it comes to the nightlife but you can quote me three years from now if I'm wrong. :yeshrug:

Lets just hope the new stadium doesn't ruin the only interesting area of San Fran - the Mission district. I'm going to miss all the cool murals and Hispanic restaurants.

Yea LA unemployment rate is like 11% its around 5% here. But that's why I'd get a job before moving. Ideally I'd just stay here but the cost of living is :camby: I just feel like a need a change of scenery and LA lookin welcoming right now
