I have mixed feelings about it, but overall I agree with Sanders

As an individual I don't get to carry my losses forward for 20 years, so why should a business? Especially when "yuge" businesses barely pay taxes anyway?

You could if you have provable losses(from business),...im not making anywhere near trump money and i carried losses one year

That loop hole is designed to help businesses who have suffered some catastrophic problem like Fire damage,Theft etc one year to recover and bounce back so they can pay even MORE in taxes once theyre profitable.

Personally i think its a good thing and should be kept on the books but perhaps limited to 5 years ...if you cant recover in 5 years then you should find something better.
