But individual experiences can’t speak for systemic issues.

For every 1 black child adopted by a black family, tens of thousands get thrown into abusive foster homes. And are disproportionately more likely to end up taken from their homes in the first place.

And not only that, the darker the child is, the exponentially less likely they are to be adopted.
