People need to hold something hostage. Votes. The economy. Something.
Because the NRA isn’t THAT big of an organization. But gun advocates spend money and they are vocal.
Those of us who want sensible restrictions just tweet shyt for a week.
And no. Gun restrictions won’t stop all mass shootings. But just because we don’t have the total cure doesn’t mean we shouldn’t do anything at all.

Better mental health services, universal healthcare. I don't think people who advocate for gun control understand how many guns there are in this country and how important they are to the average Americans identity.

I mean that sounds good, and I agree ...but I mean we don't even acknowledge homos and the alphabet gang as what they are even now.... mentally ill. So I just don't see an end in sight honestly
Common sense gun laws. If you or anyone in your household has been diagnosed with mental or emotional issues—or even if you have been made to take a psychiatric evaluation, you should not be permitted to own a gun. If you already own them, they should be immediately confiscated.
