You are right it's based on culture and not skin color...
Sometimes when I use "white," I am just over-simplifying...What I mean is "Western Culture" which is predominantly represented by white people...
I know it's not the skin color that's dictating the behavior, but a combination of various factors...
To tell you the truth, I think even saying it's "cultural" is not really accurate, because culture, even within a specific ethnic group, is very diverse...
Basically, it comes down to individuals...
It's hard to debate these topics in simple paragraphs, these kinds of discussions require essays and even books...
