Okay stop. Titus is no great talent. He never ever should any ability to be compared to Sasha or the New Day. Titus is exactly where he should be at the bottom of the card. This is not a knock on the man or his character but his ability.

I wasn't referring to his wrestling ability. He can talk and has a marketable "look" and personality that could've easily gotten the Titus Brand gimmick over if the company was behind him.

They've wrestled on schedules like this for years tho'... that's been the WWF schedule forever. They wrestle for TV, they do house shows, they go overseas... probably for as long as we been watching. Everybody wants to do crazy ass bumps for a pop, that's why these MFs get injured so much. Miz works the same schedule as they do and ain't been majorly fukked up yet in 12 years. Jericho's another one, only time he ever took off was to do music and other shyt. All that stuff about off-seasons and whatnot is pointless- wrestling ain't had no off season any time we were alive and WWF/E's schedule was the busiest one. I mean... :manny: it's what they signed up for.

Just because the schedule has been this way forever doesnt make it right. Wrestlers have the lowest life expectancy out of all the entertainment professions, and they blame roids and drugs for it but the schedule played a big part in that.

You cite the Miz but he's the best talker in the business so he doesn't have to do anything over the top in the ring to keep his spot. Most of the other guys do and the injuries pile up.

Vince has been getting away with murder for decades. Wrestlers should have been formed a union.

Look at the list of wwe yearly Ironman and see what ends up happening to them. Cesaro was one year then fukked up his shoulder, then it was Rollins then he blew out his knee, then Ambrose for two years in a row, then blew out his triceps. Clocks ticking on AJ Styles unfortunately

I hope she doesn't, just because I would HATE to see this company kill her passion for wrestling.

I feel this and agree with you... but if you have a passion for the biz, WWE is probably the wrong place to go or be in.

Good for money.... but that’s about it

So they ain't been wrestling around the clock long before any of these MFs on the current roster (including Taker) were even there?

Should they have started an off-season whenever people got injured back in the '80s?

Well the fact that every show from '80s is filled top to bottom with dead wrestlers then yes that kinda hints at a very problematic schedule that broke down bodies and led to pain killer and recreational drug abuse.

It wasn't right in the 80s, and it's not right now.

The difference between the touring schedules now and back then are that the matches themselves are more physically taxing than in the 80s. In the 80s a lot of the matches even on house shows featured enhancement talent or if it was a competitive match it might be kept short or there were less moves, it was a different style.

These days even at house shows when AJ Styles and Samoa Joe are fighting in one of these so-called "title matches" they are still going to go 15 minutes and put on a show.. it's not gonna be PPV level but it will be close to it.. they are giving you 80%..

Yes, some of the matches turn into dudes fukking around and joking but the majority is them still going through their movesets.

In the old NWA/WCW territory days those dudes would put on a show for fans every night. In WWF, not so much..

I agree there shoulda been aunion in place at least to take care of these guys... but again...

anybody that signs a contract there in 2018, knowing what has been their schedule for 30 years-plus, they know they're not getting no off-season, no long breaks, nothing like that... they KNOW this. if they want a more relaxed schedule, they coulda gone almost anywhere else. OR, another good idea, they could not try to do overly risky shyt every night just to get a damn pop. Even taking breaks doesn't ensure that you won't get injured anyway. It only takes ONE thing to go wrong, no matter how many days a year they're workin'.
