yeah its very Kid A-ish since its so out of the ordinary..has elements of past Cudi music but overall went completely left field without any regard for those who expected something different.

i feel what you're saying. musically though it fits the comparison. the music itself might not be comparable to Kid A in the slightest bit, but the overall delivery of the album compared to his prior albums is what makes the Kid A comparison make some sense.

it was sort of left field, but not as much as Satellite Flight since the album seems to be like 80% instrumental and weird sounding...on Indicud he tried to kind of mash as many of his styles together as possible. it was definitely the precursor to this new joint...
