O'Malley's response to the college question wasn't bad
I live in Maryland and O'Malley's administration when coming in for Bob Erlich instituted the tuition freeze. One of the best things he ever did. It helped me and my siblings out A LOT. It made going to school in state a virtual no brainer. Plus, we got good amount of aid from state scholarships and grants.
