i think whoever the DC is, is probably coaching some other squad right now and they are waiting...why that makes a difference, idk, but who the hell is coaching the D during the OB?? Odell? Hudson (who got "demoted" to football ops (w/e that is) lol)

Gran getting that paper not surprised to see him leave.
Losing a lot of staff members to promotions (not lateral moves) so that bodes well with getting some hot new assistants. As long as D. Craig and Coley stay put, our recruiting won't take a real massive blow. Although Gran bouncing all but delivers Collins to Muschamp on a silver platter.

Florida State quarterbacks coach and former Auburn great Dameyune Craig is expected to visit the Auburn campus Thursday to discuss the possibility of coaching wide receivers on first-year coach Gus Malzahn's staff.
Craig has been the quarterbacks coach at Florida State since 2010. He coached wide receivers at South Alabama in 2008 and 2009 and was offensive coordinator at Tuskegee in 2006 and 2007. He was a graduate assistant at LSU in 2004 and a special teams coach for the Miami Dolphins in 2005.

As of 4:00 PM on Saturday, sources tell Noles247 that "its NOT a done deal and nothing is official" regarding Pruitt's move to FSU. However, sources indicate that it is likely that Pruitt will be the next DC at FSU. At this time, it is our opinion that this is going to happen and is only a matter of time before it becomes official.
In these situations, it is semantics when you get into trying to cover if and when an offer and acceptance occurs. While we do not think it is official at this time, we would be highly surprised if Pruitt does not make the move to FSU.
Our sources tell us that Pruitt is the top candidate. We would expect him to accept the promotion. At any rate, we expect this to come to fruition within the next 24 to 48 hours.
As soon as we get more concrete information, we will let you know. As cliche' as it may sound, these situations are fluid and change on a dime. We will keep you updated.

Same here. Also like that I'm hearing about Larry Porter from Zona State coming in to be RB coach. Duke was named top recruiter of the decade by Rivals last year so if we can get him I say we still got a good shot at Collins

Wonder what type of scheme he's gonna bring to FSU long term. I could fukk with that Sunseri to LB coach hire i'm thinking he can get us upgraded at that position. Our LB play has been average for years now even with all the so called 5 star studs we've recruited. Think the last solid LB group we had was back in 06 when Timmons was still in Tally.
