I did say the bar is low for mainstream rap, and you never listened to dude but he is in your top 10 from this freestyle alone? I have listened to quite a bit of Sauce (his pandemic run specifically) and I keep trying to see the hype. He isn't better than many of the staples, Cole, Kendrick, Drake. He isn't better than the vets that still make music like Nas, Em, TI, Big Boi, Killer Mike, Lupe, Royce, Game. I just listed 10 and I could go on.

I think he actually announced he quit sippin lean some years ago. Not sure if that lasted or not.


But i think he was lyrical to begin with,but dumbed down. There was a old video of him spitting prior to making noise,and he was lyrical on that.
