Yes it's on Tubi. It stars Wings Hauser (The mayor from Original Gangstas), Fred "Re-Run" Berry from What's Happening getting castrated , and Nina Blackwood (one of the Original MTV VJs) getting violated with a coat hanger. And yes , this movie did have a theatrical run back in 1980.

This was a TV movie back in the day and had an infamous scene with Linda Blair getting violated with a broom stick. It was the beginning of her enter the exploitation era of the late 70's -early 80s.

Another crazy film with Ms Blair.
