*ing Melissa Leo (came along from this to being an Award winning actress), Antonio Fargas, Leon Robinson (in an early role), and a young Khandi Alexander (in her debut film)

Believe it or not , this film got pretty good reviews when it was first released and is somewhat respected to this day.

Yes it's on Tubi. It stars Wings Hauser (The mayor from Original Gangstas), Fred "Re-Run" Berry from What's Happening getting castrated , and Nina Blackwood (one of the Original MTV VJs) getting violated with a coat hanger. And yes , this movie did have a theatrical run back in 1980.

That’s crazy the movie had a theatrical run given how violet and graphic it is

The plot of this film is about 8 high schoolers crashing on a remote island ran by Colombian drug lords and have to fight there way out. It has one of my favorite underrated actresses of the 80s Betsy Russell (from Saw 2 & 3)

I've experienced the same thing over the years lol. I've made threads of good series that go silent, then someone else makes the thread of the same one & it pop's off
