What i think he meant is that it's SOOOOO much stacked against us and in 2020 with the ehco chambers of social media and fake bot accounts parroting LSA/thot talking points it feels worse. Media is a powerful programming tool. Also, 2020 is the first year I remember seeing cops on TV killing us for what seems like months on end. It's a depressing ass video loop. My family and extended family is great. I think he was pointing to a broader issue. Just my thoughts tho.

If you're talking about slander and anti-Black man sentiment, there are ways to address and CORRECT that also. Whether it comes from recognized media platforms or random people on the internet.

I'm reading a lot of "Woe is me" comments and sentiments in this thread. And that's not what men do. We try to address problems, we don't sit around complaining about them. That's the youtuber effect

I'm wit you bro. We're men and we see issues, make plans, and address them. I agree with that. It's on us to lead, care, and protect our community. I'm not with ongoing pointless whining/complaining. I aint on that program, but I am on the "lets love, understand, support, heal among ourselves" and address issues program. We can do both. Sometimes you just need someone to say "I feel you."
