And also I see so many people living above their means. Driving a 750Li, Challenger or Camaro but can't even afford to get a replacement tire when they get a flat on that muthafuka

yeah, the same cat I mentioned talking about getting evicted got a used land rover not too long ago, and was posting it on IG.

then I find out a few months later, he can't even drive cuz he can't afford a minor repair to it (around $250) :snoop:

I drive a 10 year old whip with no fukks given tho, but my shyt runs like a fukking dream tho. so I have ZERO intentions of replacing it. hell, I took it on many a road trips too.

to name a few. car is old, so I don't give a shyt about putting miles on it. just keep up with the maintenance and keep it moving.

when ur car takes premium fuel, it don't really matter when u ain't paying a note in the first place.

my car is an 05. I got it in 08 similar to you. so as long as u take care of it, u will be good. my shyt was sideswiped and rear ended, and even tho I got it fixed both times, it's still running just fine.

keep the oil changed. keep ur brakes good. keep fresh wiper blades on ur shyt, and keep ur tires decent (especially if u live where it snows) and for the most part u will be good. I take my car to the dealer ship for routine maintenance. they tell me what the codes are, and I let them change the oil. plus they put it in the computer. if it's something major like a timing belt, I take it to the dealership.

however if it's something minor like exhaust or brakes, I take it to the brake shop and have them do it cheaper. yes, I know how to do my own brakes, but it's simply not worth the time and effort when the brake shop gives a lifetime pad guaruntee.

like I have mentioned before. if ur spending maybe $100 a month ($1200 a year) maintaining ur paid off whip, it's much cheaper than paying $400 a month for a new whip even without maintenence calls.

That nikka does NOT need a car down there man :mjlol:

There's grocery stores, restaurants, bars, museums, movie theaters, cafes, drug stores, banks and clothing stores all within 3 blocks in Downtown DC. A FedEx too :mjlol: Then the subway takes you everywhere else.

he got no kids, so he definitely don't need a whip.

downtown DC is like living downtown or in the west/south loop here. except more expensive. plus we got more black women here. but that being said, it's dope as fukk out there in downtown DC. but given the cost of both, I'd prefer living here than out there. especially for my bro, who's engaged and not even tryin to get on some new scattered ass.

It's best to be smart with your money of course, but at the same time money is meant to be spent. I live comfortably and my money isn't going to be of any use to me after I die. That being said, it's better to spend your money on experiences rather than material things.

Saving don't do shyt if you don't re-invest into something to make more money.

And I'm not just talking stocks and bonds. Talking about buying equipment and shyt for side hustles.
This. I lost my job a month back but the ONE big splurge I did is allowing me to push for a new business and some side hustles.

Gotta do SOMETHING with some of that cash, lest you want inflation eating your lunch.
