A woman cant grow her butt through workout. You can work out and what muscle is there will grow prportionaly bigger but not by that much.
Dont let these IG build a body girls sell women dreams that a work out routine (squats...) and "suppliments" helped her grow so much curvier that her body went from an apple shape to a pear shape. They should just be honest and do everyone a favour give out their doctors numbers.
Genetics determines your body's natural fat distribution. Whether it goes to your hips, ass, stomach, back..... You can work out or tone what you already have but without surgery/shots there isnt much, if anything, you can do.
The same way genetics will determine the size of an individuals penis.
