I dealt with this before. You have to report the account for impersonating your brand, but you would have to submit to twitter your credentials as well to prove yourself just to remove that person off social media. If he keeps on going crazy spewing unchecked hatred that doesn't represent us, we'll get undesired attention from cancel culture. Better nip that at the bud. Props to OP for finding it early but may need multiple tries and report submissions from various coli representatives to twitter given how understaffed they are
