This is the response of someone that would try to muddy the waters. There is no electoral college in the midterms, the votes actually matter, and the Dems are much more energetic than 2016. If anything, these numbers are conservative, and are fully taking into account 2016. You are going to see polling a lot more close, or at least I hope we do, so the Dems actually think there is actually a chance that it might be close, will drive more dem voters in, and we will see blowouts.

TBH, she really only needed any combination of three of those states. Or, say.. Florida and Michigan. Or Florida and North Carolina. Only a few states going the other way would have resulted in Clinton being POTUS.
The Supreme Court is going to be 5-4 for a while. Roberts is more conservative than Kennedy and he's going to be seen as the "Swing" pick. But for sake of argument, its going to be a solid 5-4 majority for quite some time.

you pass a law that says cause trump was a traitor that SC picks he had were illegal. Its not fukking hard. Just tell the truth and do it, most people will go along with it. Trump is proving that now.

This is where most people are impacted since they will be put in front of these judges if they get a federal case .
Nothing to be sorry for. Just thought some type of violation was going down with the federal courts that i didnt hear about. I wouldn't say hes "stuffing" the courts either. Iirc, he's being obstructed and appointing federal judges at a slow rate.Sorry
they cant make a constitutional ammendment without i think 38 governors houses to call a constitutional convention. for sure thats not happening
