also yall keep missing the point that cable overall is hurting....ESPN rakes in more money off a cable subscription than any other channel. You take that + add in all the money they shelled out to the nba/ncaaf/longhorn network/sec network - people dropping cable = Them having to cut cost


ESPN overspent, and like idiots didn't account for a drop off. They really thought subscriptions were gonna soar deadspin and other sites were saying years ago this shyt was gonna bite them in the ass
