feels like Cassidy's career at ESPN stagnated and she got passed up(she used to host studio shows), makes sense for her to jump ship

She’s not into the gossip and entertainment portion compared to some of the other talent at the company, so she was always going to stagnate and not go any higher.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they try and NBC poach some of the other talent for that same reason as well.

Malika is staying, but I could see her moving on something like GMA like indicated in the article. She definitely could be the next Rob Roberts that transitions from sports to morning news. Windhorst I think is likely gone imo. As knowledgeable as he is on the NBA, it’s clear who they value on the NBA side. I think NBC is likely as they need an insider/content person for NBCSports.com and Peacock and he would do well there.
