I'm assuming that it will still be the same as the last time around, but they'll pay out the remainder of your contract as long as you don't get a job elsewhere although theirs wiggle room in side projects you can take. Yup and not to mention they’re banking on a lot of those talent not sitting out the remainder of their contract and going elsewhere and saving money in the process.

I doubt someone like Key is going to get $5 million a year elsewhere so I can see him sitting out at least for a bit.
