I'm surprised more talent weren't negotiating these type of gigs into their contracts previously as it's more money with less work if you make the jump.

I listened to the full interview on Richard Deitsch’s podcast. He wasn’t all that concerned about it. Sounds like either he wants to wait till NBA calendar slows down in August to get a new deal done or is fine moving on to NBC or Amazon.
