a lot of people confuse bad contracts with the bad actions of parties to a contract. a contract could be written to be fair and beautiful, but if people breach it then that's a totally different issue. that's why many people are able to sue successfully .... because the contract indicates that they have rights

tldr: get a contract lawyer AND a litigation lawyer lol
