The homie from Detroit won’t update his car cause he said people will follow you to your house and jack it the next day.

Granted I think Detroit is the car theft capitol or up there and hellcats and scatpack are one of the most popular cars to steal.

I live in South FL tho lol. He def tryna scare you A lot of my OGs back in the day had FL, SC & NC plates on they cars living in NY.

They still do now and my brothers all live in west palm beach. Palm beach not bad but dade County insurance not really low
