I only ever had the deep voice—the one that talks shyt to you. From age 15-23 but it was most intense in my teens. But I never thought it was real like many people who hear voices do. For me it manifested more like negative self talk in my head and not a voice coming from outside which probably made it easier to handle. Like once you realize it’s not real it stops having an impact on you and just becomes more of an annoyance, like a little brother who doesn’t know when to go away.

Therapy helped a lot with that shyt.

The shyt that’ll really fukk you up is visual hallucinations (though it’s only happened to me a few times)…
