from I understand duke actually can spit... much better than that fakket bizzle. my guy was a big Pac n naS fan before he went all weird and started listenin to Lecrae. I literally was about to listen to his song less than a minute ago cuz it had the same name as a Pac track and I was postin tracks in that Wacky D thread
theres tons of dudes that can actually spit that you dont listen to. I feel a lot of Christians just champion him because of his message than his true hip-hop/record making ability. For example, he has no Drought 3/Illmatic but Christians will treat whatever his best project to be as the equivelant because they are not 'allowed' to like anything else.

Lecrae is dope though, he was one of my favorites growing up. True fans of hip hop should be able to respect his craft because it's quality. He rap skills are legit and he has dope production. He's not anymore preachy than Lil Wayne, a man who's got countless lyrical sermons on how he's gonna have oral sex with your girl.
People only look down on him because Christians rapping has been viewed as corny.
Such ignorance.
