Only way you could get local games is if you buy the broadband one and run it through your gaming system. You would need a friend or family member who doesn't live in NY to buy it with there credit card though and than just log in with your xbox.

What if I have a friend from out of state buy the mobile version? Would that work also?

Ya that should work.

This is 100% false. It has nothing to do with who purchased it, it goes by your location when you're trying to watch. For instance, Bucks games are blacked out for me, but were I to go to Michigan, Bucks games would become available, and Pistons games would be blacked out. That credit card trick has been a falsehood for years when it comes to shyt like this. It's all location based.

Broadband doesnt lag if you use internet explorer.

Local games are blacked out, but you can watch them later.
False. The local games are still blacked out. I cannot watch any Bucks games that have been played this year. The National TV games (ESPN/TNT/NBATV), however, CAN be replayed, which was not the case in years past.

The Bulls are my local market and I just checked. None of their previous games are blacked out now.

Well, I don't know what the deal with that is. I absolutely can't watch any Bucks game. I get the "This game is not available due to blackout restrictions" message.

Are you using broadband or xfinity?

Okay guys! Does the credit card trick work or not?
No. That myth doesn't even make sense. How would they know where a credit card was from? It's impossible. These services are location based...how else would they know what teams to black out for you?

They black out based on your IP address. I travel to Milwaukee 3 or 4 times a week, and when Im there, I can't get local games that are still being played.

Or you could just go to firstrowsports.com and stream every nba game for free on your computer. It might be laggy but it works. :yeshrug:
Yeah, this isn't an option at all for me. I have a 40in, 55in and a 70in in my crib. I'm not streaming firstrowsports to an HDTV. You can't be serious.

I don't like paying for illegal shyt. What if you pay for it and they get shut down? Or charge you for extra later on since they have your credit card info.
The prices that cable/satellite companies charge for their packages should be illegal. The fact that you can pay 189.99 on top of your current Comcast bill for League Pass and still be limited to only 1 game in HD a night should be illegal. Charging for League Pass and then blacking out local games should be illegal. I wouldn't have a problem giving the NBA my money if they didn't basically gimp their service just because they have to please these cable providers.

It's already been explained why the site is up and running. They have people online all the time who answer questions, refresh streams if they're acting up, and just provide support the entire time. Each game has a live chat going on during it too. People have already asked what happens if it gets shut down and they said it's highly unlikely to happen and even if it does everybody get's a refund prorated.

This is by far the best thing I've ran across as a solution to Live Sports in HD without getting raped by my ISP. If you afraid of the bullshyt you're talking about happening then fine, it's not for you.

And @Populair Comcast is the last company you want League Pass with for TV because they only have 1 game in HD. You're better off streaming them on PS3 or 360.

I just hooked up the Roku (had this thing for months) and :snoop:.... Comcast should be ashamed of themselves. The quality difference is ridiculous. I would cancel the TV portion of LP altogether, but I'd be only saving $10 dollars (I want the mobile access too). It's all good tho. Comcast thought they were going to eat off me by charging me darn near $200..... Let me play around with this little box and see what other gems I can unearth.

These "premium" Comcast channels are about to go straight to the bushes.
