These kids are laughing at the system as they take advantage of it. With some doing crimes to include murder understanding they will be handled with kid gloves.

All it takes is national coverage of about 10-15 cases of bad ass kids getting their teeth knocked out by grown men with no jail time and they'll fall back.

Working with kids now is an exercise in futility. I worked at DJJ for 1 month before cussing everyone out and quitting.

Kids are taking advantage that adults aren't supposed to fight them. They know exactly what they are doing. They will get in your face, cuss you out, and hit you. Soon as you react and slam their ass they crying that you abused them!

A grown ass man who’s a security guard beat up a child who barely hit him with a love tap, he was wrong point blank period. Yes the girl shouldn’t have hit him but he severely overreacted. If anyone thinks what he did is right they should never be trusted with a position of authority or around vulnerable populations.

Here's the problem:

If she did that do a police officer out in the world, she would be dead and he probably walks scot-free....ESPECIALLY if the cop was white. Guaranteed he'd get a GoFundMe and end up a millionaire after killing her.

THIS GUY...is likely going to lose his job and she might get suspended. Not sure if she's a senior or will be coming back though. Either way, this kid should respect authority point-blank.
