Blessings to those young brothas who kept it from getting too far out of control, for no other reason than I didn't want to see full and complete utter foolery involving us on the internet tonight.

With that being said @surf I owe you rep breh because I don't know how you was able to be in a classroom with some of these little demons. I would put my foot so far up the crack of one of these disrespectful lil punks that my toes would be coming out they mouth.

I would’ve been heated if my daughter called me talking about one of them teachers hit her.

Suspend/kick her out. Then, let me handle her at home. Even if you’re not the type of parent that punishes your child, eventually, life will punish them.

Like my man that posted talking bout “I wish I can go back to middle/high school” lol he know that he just bullshytted his time away. As a lot of us probably have & now looking at some of our current situations.

you had to be a real a$$hole to get on my bad side and fortunately the kids realized that…they knew if they fukked up in my classroom then they REALLY fukked up cuz I always relaxed, patient and did my best to have their back within reason…so I was pretty much their last chance…if you couldn’t get right in my classroom then chances are you just couldn’t get right at all…that being said hey some kids truly are disagreeable a$$holes…but as an adult sometimes you have to put your ego in check a little and not feel like you can force them to do shyt just bcuz they’re kids…her trying to remove the child is what led up to that…that being said as security it’s her job so that was just a tough situation once the child decided she was gonna be disagreeable/unreasonable

*edit*

security guard came in there with all the wrong energy talking about “I’ll beat your ass” :smh:

I’m not excusing the child but as an adult the woman should’ve at least tried a different approach initially…once you get in a black child’s space like that and start talking like that it very rarely goes well…unfortunately some adults feel it’s “beneath” them to take the time and talk and reason with a child…and they get highly offended if the child doesn’t just immediately do what they say

also props to the student who helped break it up

I know she wasn't a teacher, but I speak as that's nearly all of the faculty. They all need to change their ways. There's gotta be some adults that can connect to these teens without resorting to physical contact.

sometimes you do have programs like that and individuals who have built a rapport with students who might have a history of being unruly will come in and ask the student to walk/talk with them…problem is you have to pay those ppl and they’re usually the first to go when there are budget cuts assuming the school can afford to hire ppl like that in the first place :francis:

As long as they have immediate ability to turn into someone who can utilize physical contact. Kids and anyone else in general don’t respect or respond to authority that isn’t backed by the modicum of potential violence.

Let's hear your strategy to remove a disruptive teenage girl from class after you asked nicely the first time and she says fukk off..

:mjlol:
Ask again you fukking retard.

Imagine not having the de-escalation tools to deal with a minor but work in a school.:russ:
End up in jail because you have the emotional discipline of a 5 year old.

10% of your class/workforce cause 90% of your problems. Should of just had her removed for the sake of the others... School monitor is a lose lose job cuz u can't do much but take shyt from kids and they know this so now u looking like boo-boo the fool until you snap and here is what he have.

Problem starts right at home, which is why many of you are confused..she was not raised well. She has poor social skills and doesn't recognize authority which emanates from her upbringing.

If you're being disruptive and kindly asked to leave a room and you refuse, what else do you expect. Your only other option is they easily call the police and it'll be a 1000x worse. It could be any room, a class room, an airport lounge or even a nightclub.
I've seen a breh get thrown out of a plane within 3 minutes of him boarding the cabin :snoop:

True but the hall monitor is poorly socialized as well. You should not be trying to get physical with kids at work. You can’t resort to physical violence as a first option.

Man shut the fukk up. Are you around these bad ass kids? I was one of those bad ass kids especially in middle school and I guessing the shyt is much worse than it was back in my day. How about the parents and the community do their job in terms of molding these kids. It's called home TRAINING for a reason. You're trained inside the home for how to behave outside of the home. Most of these kids were failed by their family and community long before they stepped foot into a classroom.

That employee should have called the cops on that kid but then you same confused muthaphuckas would be talking some bullshyt about "school to prison pipeline" which doesn't exist.
