Surprise: they've had maybe one or two school shootings since in almost 20 years. Im afraid that our culture is too violent and there's already too much guns in peoples possession. easy access to guns legally are definitely a problem, but i highly doubt the UK has as big of a black market as we do with guns. you can buy a gun illegally pretty easy, i didn't even realize how easy until my best friends brother (who lived a street over from me) got caught and got time for gun trafficking.
