Tell me about it. If you're not going to be really tall and 300 lbs, soccer should be your first choice. It's a game for everyone. Even Harbaugh said so. Start playing soccer and if you don't like it, change sports. Developing that first touch at an early age is crucial. One hour per day is sufficient as well, no need to burn yourself out.
