this is like saying bron is better than jordan in 2004

this is like saying bron is the 2nd greatest player of all time. in 2007.

If LeBron had won an NBA title in 2004 and Jordan never won a title in his career then that comparison would be valid. However, Jordan had 6 and LeBron didn't win a title till 2012 so that lil comp you made is not valid to this discussion.

The World Cup is the most important accomplishment a soccer play can attain. Its the equivalent to an NBA title with NBA players. All the greats in soccer are judged by their performance in the World Cup and how many they have won. This is the reason Pele is still considered the greatest of all-time. He won 3 world cup titles. Including his first at just 17 years old.

Mbappe just accomplished something those 2 cacs never did in their careers. He won the World Cup. And he did it at 19. He's already better than them. Just face it.

Ayo Cac man I got a question for you

Can you provide any proof before this World Cup you knew the talent mbappe possessed ? Ala when he was at Monaco or when he signed at PSG

The last non-world cup soccer game I watched was the 2012 Champions League Final when Didier Drogba went HAM. I only watch greatness so for the last 6 years I've had no reason to watch club soccer since no great was playing like Drogba, Henry, Ronaldinho, Eto', OG Ronaldo, Zidane, etc.

Now that Kylian Mbappe has emerged as an all-time great, I'll be watching PSG (or whatever team he goes to) play every time he is in the lineup. He's good enough that I'm now gonna watch soccer on the regular just to see him perform.

I ain't got no problem with that, but you know how some brehs here hate Arabs. In general a lot also hate mixed people, or anything that isn't 100 % Black (not 100 % African, but 100 % Black)...except when they can claim them for #blackexcellence :troll:

That's not true. Stop thinking what is said on this site is an accurate representation of the views of black people. Most of the posters on this site are non-black pretending to be black and spewing bullsh1t like that.

Most black folks know ain't nobody 100% black. We all have some mixture to a degree. We are a global people after all that colonized the entire world. And this whole hating on mixed race people is being done by cacs trying to divide us. I ain't never met an actual black person in real life that hates mixed race people. Other than for some jealous dark skin women. And even then, they don't deny that they are black they just hate on em cause they get more male attention.

He already won a World cup and scored in the Finals like Pelé (has 3), 19 making $20 mil a year. He is on the right track. If he wins the next one too he will be in a that class already.

No. I was calling that cac a bum. Unlike ya'll I can tell talent when I see it. And I could see Mbappe was all-time great from his first touch against Australia in the group stage opener.

With quotes like these, I can tell that you aren't friends in real life with anyone who actually follows football. Try tell an ultra (do you even know what an ultra is :ohhh:) how you know for a fact that Mbappe is gonna be the GOAT despite having only watched him in World Cup (do you even know where he played before he went :scust:). Try tell an ultra that there's been no great players since Chelsea won the Champions League. Try tell an ultra that Maldini isn't the conversation for GOAT LB cause he's never won a World Cup :troll:

Does those things for me and report back with their responses before expecting anyone to take your opinions seriously

so you saying barry bonds ain't the GOAT hitter cuz he never won the chip :patrice:

so i assume you have klosse the cac in your top 5? he did have most goals in the world cup. :mjpls:

world cup accomplishment is great, but you are basically dismissing every damn things ronaldo and messi have done. and that's dismissing football itself.
and you can't just will yourself to win the damn world cup. in the knockout stage it's basically a march madness. you lose, you go home.

mbappe has what it takes to be in the mix breh. we get that. ain't no 19 year old ever commanded this type of attention since black ronaldo. if mbappe keep this up and don't get hurt he can become top 5. maybe even the GOAT. he is so damn fast and mature beyond his years.
but you can't crown a nikka when he can't even buy alcohol yet. :snoop:

This is the equivalent of bringing up Robert Horry in a basketball discussion about rings. We just talking about the greats here. Guys who we can all tell just by watching them play are among the best to ever do it. So when we are trying to differentiate the greats from one another, that is where the rings and World Cup titles come into the debate.

Klose is not in any GOAT discussion so his World Cup goals are irrelevant. Just as Robert Horry's rings are irrelevant in a discussion about basketball greats.

We can all see from the eye test that Mbappe is an all-time great talent. The fact he's already won the World Cup (which is something Messi and Ronaldo have failed to do in their long careers) moves him ahead of them. Why? Because based on the eye test we can see he's a comparable talent. The World Cup title is what puts him ahead.

Pogba is a beast in any system except with mourinho as his coach one of the worst managers a player with flair to his game can have

Wait. I always thought Mourinho was a great coach for black players. I remember he's the one who coached Drogba when he was at Chelsea and Eto' at Inter Milan.

Isn't Mourinho considered one of, if not, the best manager in the world? Why has it not been able to work out with him and Pogba/Lukaku at Manchester United?

Breh is making $20mill a year at 19? :damn:

Soccer players got it like that?

I have the physique that would have made for a great soccer player :damn: and I’m an island boy it’s in my blood.

Instead I was outchea playing basketball like a damn fool :scusthov:

Kid is special
let me put it this way....the team he plays for is practically owned by the oil state of Qatar. I have know doubt he's also getting paid under the table just to stay there and not leave.

people putting too much pressure on him
kluivert at 19 was just as good and by 30 he was washed, relax
no he wasn't
Kluivert was not as electrifying as Mbappe

Mourinho is a pragmatic coach. to him, defense comes first. Players who have supreme technical abilities should try to avoid going to United. It's been stated that Mbappe turn down United because he doesn't like the style of play Mourinho imposes on the team. Almost like how Deschamp has the French team play, but because there are far better players on the french team, than United, they can get away with it. Mourinho tactics usually stifles creative, flair players because alot of times the attacking players of creative midfielders are in their own half defending. Which is why I'm hoping Pogba and Martial(I blame Mourinho for him not making the french team) both can find a way out and go to teams that play beautiful football.
He ain't racist though, just an a$$hole

and yet they'll still be a dysfunctional team not winning anything that matters. If they want to go far, they need to get Verratti some midfield help.
and they need to make neymar move the ball a lot quicker than he does. He slows down play a lot. :snoop: and its a shame too because skill wise nobody should be touching neymar.
