Q will be fine, he has a decent sized fanbase.

Y'all got to stop the Crash Talk slander, that album was solid. The problem is, it was no Blank Face which is what people wanted.
Q's one of my top 5 rappers of the 2010's and I'm a borderline stan for his music.

Crask Talk isn't that dope though. There's a few joints on there I like a lot, but a lot that are super average. It's not just in comparison to Blank Face either. It's just clearly the weakest of his 5 albums to me (I'm not counting the 2008 mixtape).

For me it's

Blank Face
Habits Contradictions
Oxymoron
Setbacks
Crash Talk

IS THIS SHYT UNRELEASED, BREH!?

:lawd:
It's unreleased and unfortunately I don't think it's likely to ever drop. :mjcry:

It's either a record on the Hall & Nash 2 (which was an 11 track project by Conway, Westside Gunn, and Alchemist) that was shelved by Shady Records...or...it's one of two songs recorded by Conway, Q, Gunn, and Alc. The 4 of them recorded Fork in the Pot and another song the same day. It was decided that one would belong to Conway and the other would belong to Q. Conway dropped the one that belonged to him, called Fork in the Pot (linked at the bottom of this post).

It was recorded in 2017 (possibly even late 2016), so it's pretty old. If it belongs to Q, it probably won't come out because it's a pretty old record. If it's a part of Hall & Nash 2 then it might come out if that album ever gets released some how.

Damn, didn’t realize it’s that old smh That beat is ridiculous and further proof that Alchemist is just on another level! His throwaways be better than 99.9% of shyt other producers release! Still crazy he threw away this beat!

That's the OG Johnny P's Caddy beat breh.

If you listen to Benny on Ebro he said that was the OG beat but the sample didn't clear, so Al had to go back and remake it. I think the OG version definitely sounds more raw, but I also think the final one sounds a little brighter and maybe a little more musical? Hard to describe. I like both.

I'd love to have a CDQ version of the original one though. :mjcry: And I'm gonna try and avoid listening to previewed music from here on.

Habits I feel like still doesn't get the love it deserves. It's really one of his better projects. My list of his tapes probably looks like this but I'd honestly prolly put it over Blank Face but they're close.

Q is at his best when he's goes dark and isn't trying to court mainstream shyt. More shyt like "Tales" and "Dangerous." If you gonna do party/club shyt he still gotta give them an edge, which is what he used to do and was really good at.

I’m with you, man. Through the years Griselda as a whole have just leaked their shyt on Live too many times and in retrospect I wish I got to hear albums without hearing a bunch of snippets, especially TT4. I’m completely fine with the final version of Johnny P’s Caddy I just wish that other beat was used somewhere! Sucks he couldn’t clear that sample!

Sacrilegious, Oxy Music, and My Homie are all dark as fukk too :wow:

Hands on the Wheel is also low key kind of a dark topic for a catchy song.
