I've always deep down had this theory that when we die, that's exactly what happens, or something similar. Our spirit just gets recycled into a new being or some shyt like that.

Like a type of Buddhist reincarnation. That would be really cool!
What if every human being is just a reincarnation of someone who died long ago. But we have no memory of our previous lives, we just start new, as a new race/culture/gender and its just the same couple billion souls being reincarnated over and over again until the end of time :ohhh:

That would make a lot of sense. Hard to believe something as complex as our minds and conscious being easily disposed and replaced like that.

Reincarnation makes more sense to me than anything. Or maybe we will exist on another planet as some other intelligent life forms after we die.

I've read material which states that the new incarnation automatically wipes the memory of people. but that some folks retain trace memory fragments.

I also read that we plan out our entire lives before being born on earth, I mean EVERYTHING
-Our Parents
-Our Illnesses
-Even our own deaths.

My suspended disbelief doesn't extend that far, thats delving a bit more into science fiction territory imo haha. But really interesting to think about! Perhaps people who are so convinced their's life on other planets, are the reincarnation of other beings who instinctively know whats out there.

I can't explain it but reincarnation just feels right to me. In the course of human history their have been trillions of people who've lived and died on this planet, and that number is growing every second. ALL these people are in Heaven/Hell/Purgatory. Just how big are these places

Fascinating theory!
Although I had a difficult time imagining some idiot who has been choosing to die peacefully in his sleep for the past billion years, and wants something more exciting.

"Yeah it'll be fine, I'll just come back here and start over:troll:"

Higher Power: You're not gonna know that at the time :snoop:

"Quit being such a p*ssy, it'll be fine." :lolbron:

I don't see it as science fiction at all...I mean if we were able to exist on this speck of dust in an infinite vacuum, why can't we exist somewhere else in the universe...why only here? What is consciousness? Where does it come from?

Just like the taster than light particle? Different universes, discovered? Nonsense.

That faster than light particle shyt had me dead.

"BREAKING NEWS: We... ummm... fukked up our maths.... Tacheyons cannot exist due to the laws of special relativity... Light is still the fastest thing... false alarm"

:bryan: :dead::dead:

When dealing with this subject matter, "Discovered" often translates to "there is a small possibility of this existing"

It would be like discovering a new continent by simply thinking "well there has to be land out there if there is land here :ld:"

EDIT: Not shytting on science, :whoa: I find particle physics fascinating. I just also think that people get overly excited and jump the gun:yeshrug:

I hope so.

Sometimes I wish I was born 1000 years in the future.
To think of all the technological advances humans will have made. We could have a Star Trek-esque Federation of Planets, and knowledge of New Worlds & People and I won't even be alive to see it :leostare:

I will be here to see it.

My spirit will never die!

By 2050, I'm quite sure an immortality potion will be available.

I'm gonna drink it.

Nah, do I want that? I don't know.

I will be here 1,000 years from now. Yes, on TheColi as well.

There are alot of dumbasses out there breh, most humans aint shyt.:ld:

Consider the fact there are like 7 billion humans on the planet...I wouldn't get to carried away in thinking humans are sooo special and whatever.

Also, you find it hard to believe because you want to believe there is life after death. Understandable, but you see how this fear can drive someone to irrational thought and belief? *looks at religion*
