On the plus side by the time such a signal is received, it could be millions of years in the future by which point humans will almost certainly be extinct anyway.
I truly believe that we wont make it another couple hundred years.

It is not that big of a deal.

If a species has the ability to travel to universe, I don't really see why they'd be concerned with Earth or our solar system.

When considering resources, you would figure that they would have the tech to mine uninhabited planets and asteroids near by. If you're to look at resources, I'd expect a species able to travel the universe to have robots.

I think the biggest concern would be a rogue AI.
