Well, Tommy is considered the GOAT ranger, so one of his forms would be the strongest, but nothing about the White Ranger powers is necessarily special. The strongest ranger ever would be Tommy as the Zeo Red ranger, as the Zeo Crystal was an unlimited energy source that only got stronger with time.

And if you've got a problem with the outcome...what if the nikka called out
