From what they described this isn't Hove really trying to be an agent. They partnered with CAA from a athletic contract standpoint anfd Roc Nation will handle the endorsement/marketing aspect. Seems more like they have what has been traditionally been two separate efforts under one umbrella. Additionally I would imagine the draw is from younger athletes being able to get into outside endorsements much quicker than normal through RocNation
