It still boggles my mind that he never got the World Heavyweight Championship. especially when he went to WCW considering how tight he was with Hogan and Nash who basically could do whatever they wanted back then. He could have, at the very least got a run in mid 99'-01' during WCW's dying days when it was clear that nobody was giving a fukk at the time. Jeff Jarrett got a run with the strap during those times, and Booker T managed to hold the strap 5 times when he was running with the "Bootleg Rock" gimmick with the dress shirts and shades, it doesn't add up
