They both are great defensive coaches who suck at offense and both get teams to overachieve and eventually get on the players nerves.Did you forget how the bulls were scrappy and played hard years before thibs got here? They started 0-9 and finished with the 3rd seed in 04-05. Skiles had the suns,bulls and bucks top 5 in defense

Skiles is a cheaper more experienced version of thibs with a track record of coaching young talent
