Banned From TV
I never liked Banned From TV, but sure.
I just don't understand how you can be a hip hop fan and pretend like Swizz totally sucks. It's like: do you even understand this genre?
Of course, on The Coli....
Banned From TV
he killed this beat
drake would kill these beats
call him drake![]()
Piano Man didn't do Still Dre by himself. Haven't you checked the credits? Dre and Mel-man produced that too.
Lighters Up?I see we're starting to struggle already. Lighters Up is aight and all, but not exactly classic
Only G Unit stans listen to Poppin Them Thangs in 2016. Another "help me Dre!" beat.
You sure Scott Storch did that?
Anyway, I'm not gonna waste my time on your struggle list filled with part-credits and 6/10 forgettable songs. Justin Timberlake is a bad example because Swizz has Beyonce collabs that he did himself.
Let's start this off right, shall we? @fallbacksonn
Exhibit A: The real world
You'll notice how Swizzy's tracks KILL with the crowd. Ruff Ryders Anthem and Jigga My nikka in particular. Which are almost 10 years old when that Hot 97 event happened.
So here's that list.
Jay-Z - Jigga My nikka
Jay-Z - More Money, More Cash, More Hoes
DMX - Blackout
DMX - Ruff Ryders Anthem
DMX - Party Up
Jadakiss - All For The Love
^Those 6 are unfukkwitable. If you don't like or can't acknowledge any of those tracks, you're not a hip hop fan imo.
We can argue about the next 4:
Busta Rhymes - Touch It
TI - Bring Em Out
DMX - Get It On The Floor
DMX - No Love 4 Me
I'm not even gonna add Styles P Good Times to the list because that's a co-pro. Unlike you, I don't have to struggle.
And you'll notice the 10 I listed are 100% Swizz Beatz. No "hey Dre, help me! hey Timbo, help me!"
YOU HAD THAT, but for now dog, GIMME DAT!
He should have got some help![]()
check my daps then look at yoursyeah you're done. Thanks for coming out.

no one said that Swizz totally sucks. You mentioned him in this thread unnecessarily and made it a race issue where it's obvious that Storch has more talentI never liked Banned From TV, but sure.

That's the thing about The Coli: so many on here don't know shyt and don't even listen to hip hop like that. They force these warped opinions, then when asked for receipts/discussion, they pull out a neg, a gif, a smiley, or pull a disappearing act.
I never liked Blackout![]()
Swizz had some joints. Not that many classics though, plus he's pretty much synonymous with the death of the classic NY sound.

nikka you the one who came in here with the shyts and I came not with negs, a smiley or a disappearin act...I came with that work

Storch aint fukking with my nig..Ronald Jenkees tho?
All For The Love is probably the least known. That's the 'weakest'/least known of the 6 I mentioned. The other 5 are stone cold classic. Everyone who calls themselves a hip hop fan knows those songs and likes them.
Every one of those songs I listed people still play. And they were made at least a decade ago, if not two. But they're not classic? How does that work?
Swizzy being the death of the classic NY sound is irrelevant to this thread.
Because that's how the Coli operates. We have a multi-plat thread on a dead cac that meant nothing to hip hop. Posters on here frequently overrate White artists and put down Black artists. So it wasn't 'unnecessary'
You say Storch has more talent? How else do you demonstrate talent but by catalog? You know... proving it.
Swizz Beatz catalog makes Storch look like a lame. What has Storch made on his own that are memorable hip hop records? *Suddenly everyone's quiet*
