the jazz in back to back years tho ? malone was even taking home the mvp
Malone was arguably more undeserving of that award than allen Iverson was over shaq in 2001 and the jazz had 0 players besides him averaging 12 points a game in the playoffs. him and Stockton were better in 1991-93 than they were in 1996-98 yet the jazz averaged about 10 more wins per year during Chicago's second 3peat. the reason is a much weaker league due to expansion

reggie was a 2 time all nba 3rd team. that's his career peak. he averaged 18-3-3. that guy's team pushed the bulls to 7. as for the knicks, you're really trying to argue that it doesn't matter if your offense is good? I guess it didn't matter in game 7 of the finals when starks shot 2-18 right? the knicks didn't need better play from the offense, the defense needed to get even more stops right :stopitslime:?

:snoop: Why are you mentioning reggie millers individual accomplishments when I just said the pacers were a good TEAM?

The knicks in 93 were the 1 seed in the east with the 22nd rated offense in the league and #1 defense they had the 2nd best record in the nba they had homecourt over the bulls in the ecf do your googles kid you don't know wtf you're talking about

nobody in their right mind was gonna take a team with reggie as it's best player serious as a threat to win the title and the same goes for a team with john starks as it's second best player. using home court as an arguing point is a pretty shytty argument when you consider in 2011 and 2014 the bulls and pacers had home court through the eastern conference and got slapped around in the conference finals

I remember Mark Price cooking the Bulls.....the end.

I remember Eisley cooking the Bulls and he did not even have the range Steph had. I m a Bulls fan but they had no answer for Orlando and the Knicks whne their threes were falling. Hell, Reggie Miller, fukking Pacers took em to 7 games

Did I miss something or did Golden State need 6 games to beat a shytty Memphis Grizzlies team last year? Golden State then needed 6 games to get by Cleveland, even though Cleveland only had one healthy player left. People are acting like Golden State is playing this top notch competition or something.

Bulls went to Game 7 with the Pacers breh. A team with only REggie Miller as a HOF (pushing it to call him a HOFer) ALso Bulls struggled with Jazz, Hawks, and Knicks. So what are you saying ? Also MJ was getting more calls than anyone else breh

Memphis doesn't have anybody. They are terrible. Golden State didn't sweep them. Did you see that series?

They won 55 games last year

LOL. 55 whole games with some dude named Gasol (not the good one), Mike Conley, Zach Randolph and Tony Allen. Wow. Yet there are people ripping on the Bulls beating teams led by Hall of Fame players like Gary Payton, Karl Malone, Kevin Johnson, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, Reggie Miller, Magic Johnson, James Worthy, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, etc. LOL.

Btw, I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but I always seem to notice little shyt like this. Just up until a couple of weeks ago; Golden State was not even the only team in the NBA that was on pace to break the NBA single season win record. San Antonio was also on pace to break the all time single win record. In fact San Antonio can still finish with the 2nd best record in NBA history if they win out because that would put them at 70-12. The second best record right now stands at 69-13.

So is Golden State and San Antonio really that good or is pro basketball in general just really down?
