You know something though? Although Gibbs murked Curren$y something awful, Gibbs spit one of the best verses of last year and Curren$y's verse wasn't even that bad in comparison. He stepped his lyricism way up on Covert Coup and this song as well. I don't know why dudes don't hold Covert Coup in high regard, especially Curren$y fans. Dope beats, more emphasis on lyricism as usual and the features are insane.

Hell yea man. This be making a lot of nikkas mad, but fukk em. curren$y is quietly building one of the strongest discographies man. I don't think people are going to recognize what he was doing during this era, but for those keeping up with him, they know he's putting it down

he's been had one of the best catalogs in the game. he's so low key about it tho. his greatness won't truly be recognized until he stops rapping and people realize theres too many dope tracks to make a greatest hits cd.

I hadn't bothered to check for him because I knew he made a tape with Wiz, so I thought he was similar to Wiz (whom I don't really get into much like that.) I started listening to him around This Ain't No Mixtape and kind of liked it, then I heard Pilot Talk and was like "wow I lost for sleeping on this guy."
