Walk up to a teenager who is upset about not getting into the college of their choice. Offer them a chance to litigate their rejection all the way to SCOTUS. Be an important associate of their father's.

See how many of them "agree."
Most won't. A decent human being would be disappointed but move on instead of suing the college and blaming imaginary unqualified minorities because they didn't get in. fukk this wretched bytch. Stop :cape: for her.

My personal experience suggests that most teenagers are not decent human beings.

And I'm not caping for anyone. It's just pointless to rag on some chubby-cheeked ginger girl. Make fun of Edward Blum, the guy who's actually behind this.

Nah, you are caping with no good reason. You are falsely trying to present this lady as some kind of babe in the woods who was manipulated by an unscrupulous lawyer while she was in a vulnerable state who has since moved on. Not true.

Here's an interview by her from 6 months ago. She plainly says she's doing this because it's a cause she believes in and she wants to make a difference.

Last I checked her, dad is still an associate of Blum's.

I'm not trying to present her as a "babe in the woods." I'm trying to present her as someone whose opinions aren't all that fukking important to this case. She's a test plaintiff.

The face of this case should be and needs to be Edward Blum.

Wait yo.

You're telling me of the thousands of applicants, only 47 had lower scores than this chick. FORTY fukkN SEVEN!?

bytch how did you get into LSU :patrice:
No, but this thread just proves to me that @MustafaSTL, I and every other attorney on this board get ignored :mjcry:.

We made multiple large threads on this over the years and everyone is in here like :krs: lmao.

A bunch of students with lower scores than her got rejected. 40+ people with lower grades than her were accepted and almost all of them were white. Then she tried to get Asian-Americans to ride with her to make it Asians+White people versus blacks/hispanics.

I was passingly familiar with the case for a while, but I didn't know her claim about minorities getting in ahead of her had zero validity.

Yeah, it was a major thing while I was in law school so I guess we all were up on it. Chick was ridiculous. And then her claim of loss of income because she had to graduate from LSU instead of Texas. I was like, aight shortie.

She may be represented by him, but she did not "hire" him. He's her dad's friend. She agreed to be a test plaintiff as a teenager. I doubt she is paying him a dime and would be very surprised to learn otherwise. It's weird how everyone seems to be personally attacking someone who has since graduated from college and basically moved on instead of the guy who's actually pushing this case.
Because she filed the suit :heh:
You make it sound like the lawyer was sitting at home with a glass of Scotch waiting for some high school dumbass to call with an imaginary discrimination issue.

"One black student, four Latino students, and 42 white students with lower scores than Fisher were accepted under these terms. Also rejected were 168 African-American and Latino students with better scores than Fisher."

:francis: So she spent 7 years taking this all the way to the SCOTUS over bogus claims of unqualified minorities getting accepted just because she didn't get into the college she wanted.

fukk this stupid entitled bytch. I hope she dies in a house fire.
wait what?
If 47 people with lowers scores than hers got in but also there were 168 minorities with highers scores then how is this race based at all? Like how did a black studnet with lowers grades get in over a black student with higher grades? I don't even make sense when you take AA into account.

... the university, for whatever reason, offered provisional admission to some students with lower test scores and grades than Fisher. Five of those students were black or Latino. Forty-two were white.
Neither Fisher nor Blum mentioned those 42 applicants in interviews. Nor did they acknowledge the 168 black and Latino students with grades as good as or better than Fisher’s who were also denied entry into the university that year

This ugly dumb bytch had no problem with the 42 white students admitted, only the 5 minorities:pacspit:
Also, she was a legacy applicant... That's like George W Bush suing Yale for rejecting him despite daddy's donations
