This is a poorly researched story. The 10 minutes thing is bad, but the reporting is wildly inaccurate. Altio’s majority opinion is about 27 dual column pages long, which would track to under 30 regular double spaced pages.
The 98 page number is the Westlaw printout, that includes head notes, the syllabus, majority opinion, concurrences, dissents and several pages of footnotes.
10 minutes is still bull shyt for something of this magnitude, even if it was “only 30” pages.
