Since a new Evil Dead is releasing next year. I’ll remind y’all that the Evil Dead franchise. Is one of the most consistently good horror franchise in the genre. The OG trilogy good, the remake good, the TV show good, and Rise good.
Hopefully Burn keeps the tradition.

Sid is the backbone of this franchise, but her story is kind of getting dull lol. This franchise needs something new without killing her off or making her the killer. I mean, even the whodunnit aspect and genre commentary aren't hitting like it used to. I still say let the franchise sit again until they come up with something interesting. But Scream 7 made bank, which means 8 is around the corner. At this point set it in a different country, on Christmas in the winter, let us follow the killer’s POV, or set it in one location like a mansion & make it into a classic murder mystery. Just something new and exciting lol.
