House just passed the Covid bill which has 350b for states; the senate will pass it next week most likely. The distribution of that money in NY is going to be very interesting and the future of the city is at stake. Also the fortunes of a lot of rich people. Gonna be very interesting to see how this plays out. Whether Cuomo can survive, and if not who takes his place.
