Don't want to generalize too much because I'm pretty sure there are some decent nice mexican rappers out there (like Sick Jacken, Frost, Young Dru, Jay Tee from N2Deep, etc.) but it's mainly the sureno/norteno gang banging ass rappers that are wack as fukk that don't have any sort of rhythm or flow on the mic like Lil Rob.
