Seafood boil etiquette: do ya’ll eat the poop?

Made shrimp tonight, I buy them head-on for optimal freshness and have a precise way to devein as I cut the head off

I don’t fw boils for lots of reasons but clean them if that’s what you want to do, not like it’s gourmet or a fancy meal

I can’t walk in the kitchen and see no nonsense like this. She should have put it in the freezer first. Does the chef devein the lobster? It’s big enough to remove it after it’s cooked.

Lobster, Shrimp need to be cleaned. Otherwise i ain't consuming it. Another reason why i don't really eat seafood outdoors. They mostly don't clean it.
